In order to continue to achieve our mission, Be A Leader embarked on a strategic planning process, Expanding Opportunities to Soar, that will help guide our work over the next three years. Our framework focuses on three programmatic priorities that will enhance our capacity to increase the number of students who access, successfully persist and graduate from a postsecondary institution. We recognize that each of these priorities will require securing the financial investments and talent needed to ensure their success as well as targeted operational strategies.
