Andrea is the 4-Year College Success Coordinator at the Be A Leader Foundation, where she is dedicated to empowering students through guidance, mentorship, and strategic support as they navigate their college journey. In this role, Andrea works closely with college students to ensure they are equipped with the resources and confidence needed to persist and succeed through graduation.

Andrea grew up in West Phoenix and graduated from Sierra Linda High School in 2020. A proud graduate of Arizona State University in 2024, Andrea holds a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication, bringing strong communication skills and a passion for storytelling to her work. Her background enhances her ability to connect with students, advocate for their needs, and amplify their successes.
