Ashley Ciuffo

Ashley has dedicated over a decade to inspiring young minds through her work with the Be A Leader Foundation. Now serving as the College Success Manager, she brings a deep commitment to helping students reach their full potential. Prior to this role, she spent more than five years as the Middle School Coordinator, partnering with the Roosevelt School District to deliver monthly workshops that equip 7th and 8th graders with college knowledge, leadership tools, and a vision for their future.

Born and raised in Phoenix, Ashley is a proud graduate of North High School’s Class of 2010. She earned her degree from Arizona State University in 2014 as a first-generation college student, supported by the Obama Scholarship. While at ASU, she tutored middle schoolers through America Reads, discovering a passion for working with youth that would shape her career path.

After college, Ashley joined Public Allies as an AmeriCorps member, where she spent two years growing her leadership skills, collaborating with community organizations, and gaining firsthand experience in the nonprofit education world.

Today, Ashley remains deeply connected to school communities, continually striving to uplift and empower the next generation of college-bound leaders—one student at a time.
