Ashley Ciuffo
Mrs. Ashley Ciuffo is proud to have served over five years as the Middle School Coordinator with the Be A Leader Foundation and the Roosevelt School District. Through the monthly workshops, she arms 7th and 8th-grade students with college knowledge, helps them develop leadership skills, and provides the resources needed to empower them to use high school as a stepping stone into college.
Raised in Phoenix, Ashley graduated from North High School in 2010. She attended Arizona State University with the Obama’s Scholarship and became a first-generation college graduate in 2014. At Arizona State University, she worked with America Reads as a tutor, helping 6th and 7th-grade students academically.
After graduating from ASU, she served two years as an Americorps member through Public Allies. Alongside a cohort of 40 participants, she developed her leadership skills through a service project, connecting with community partnerships, learning about the nonprofit sector while working with youth and education.
She continues to stay engaged with school communities and create young, passionate college-going leaders for the future.
