Glenn Wike began his tenure as President & CEO of The Burton Family Foundation in September 2023. In this role, Glenn manages the foundation’s programmatic initiatives and develops new strategies and innovative approaches for deploying resources in communities across Arizona. He most recently served as Chief of Staff and Senior Vice President, Community Investment at the Arizona Community Foundation (ACF). Prior to ACF, Glenn was employed with the Phoenix Zoo.

He currently serves on the boards of Be A Leader Foundation, the Arizona Teacher Residency, the President’s Community Advisory Council at South Mountain Community College, and the Kellenberger + Tollefson Center for LGBTQ Philanthropy. Glenn has previously served on the boards of AZ Impact for Good, Friends of Public Radio Arizona, Arizona Forward, Support My Club, LOOKOUT, the Council on Foundations’ Community Foundation Advisory Group, and Valley of the Sun United Way’s Thriving Together Leadership Council. Glenn earned a master’s degree in public administration and a bachelor’s degree in public service and public policy, both from Arizona State University.
