Nicole Ruiz

Nicole Ruiz, a first-generation Mexican American, was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She graduated from Camelback High School, where she thrived in the Montessori program and was actively involved in DECA—an experience that ignited her passion for business and social impact. Nicole pursued her higher education at Arizona State University, where she was a student in Barrett, The Honors College. She earned a degree in Business Entrepreneurship with a concentration in Nonprofit Leadership and Management, equipping her with the skills to drive meaningful change in underserved communities.

Now in her role as College Access Coordinator, Nicole is working to bridge the gap in college readiness by offering in-classroom presentations that empower underserved youth with the tools and mindset to thrive in post-secondary education. She is dedicated to fostering a college-going mindset in the next generation, creating lasting impact and opportunities for those who need it most.
